I tryied all tutorials...
The best i got was to the starting ppp0
then it writes some garbage and breaks...
it says "Modem hung up the phone/exit code 16"

As i see it it cant auth...
Network wont give me an ip...

Im stationed in Croatia.
I asked on Vodafone support but they wont tell much...
THX in advance:)

oh and btw all this is on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS

You will have to supply a little more information Wink

What does comgt report?
What scripts are you using to connect to the internet?
Have you checked the APN is correct?
Have you checked that the SIM is enabled for an internet data connection (I dont mean WAP).
Does your Vodafone Account include internet data.

Yep my account is data only...
i have a weird hunch i got those
problems cuz my ppp0 isn up...
But i dont know how to set it up...
