with 0.9.3 : usb_modeswitch creates /dev/ttyUSB0 and /dev/ttyUSB1 but dont create /dev/ttyUSB2 !Please note that USB_ModeSwitch does NOT generate any devices at all.

Did you blacklist the "usb-storage" driver?
It should be attached automatically if you plug in your card.
If not, try to insmod the module. You should be able to use the flash disk of the de ... |
